Hey y'all, I know there's been an issue where, within Base, y'all can't see if invoices have been paid in Xero. We are working to resolve that. If you could answer some questions and add any additional feedback, we can make sure we build it out with the most visibility and ease of access.
- How frequently would you like Base + Xero to sync invoice statuses? Is daily okay, or do you need more resolution?
- Where in Base do you want to see this information? Simple status update on the Invoice? Anywhere else (within a job, etc)?
- Would you want to see specific numbers instead of a status? Like when a bill is partially paid?
- Is there anything else we can include to give y'all maximum visibility?

- Daily should be sufficient.
- In line with the invoice line.
- Partial should be okay - this should not be a common occurrence.
- Include on the dashboard page?
